Whilst Ben was unable to treat my elderly mother, because she infact needed surgery, he was the only professional that she saw, who took her condition seriously. It was obvious to him that she urgently needed an MRI scan and after discussing with us, he made the referral. The scan showed Stenosis and a cyst on a facet joint. As Ben was the person to make the referral, he received the results and again discussed what we needed to do next. In addition he contacted someone to help with some of our concerns regarding recovery and regularly kept in touch before and after surgery including the day of the operation to see how it had gone. He was our beacon of hope through a very difficult time and the support he has given has been above and beyond. This kind and professional man was only ever paid for the one session when he saw my mum and all the rest has been of no benefit to him, but huge benefit to us! I understand that he is an excellent Osteopath, hence why we chose him. To my mum, he is a life saver! Massive thanks Ben!

My girlfriend had used ear drops before our 5 day holiday in the hope she would not have any issues on the plane! Unfortunately just before the holiday she lost her hearing and the whole holiday was very difficult for her, we arrived back at Gatwick on Friday 30th October and she had a very painful landing due the the blockages in both ears! I couldn’t have her feeling this way anymore and after searching the internet and trying to book well known names for treatment I quickly became frustrated as the waiting times were so long! I then found Mr Paul, I booked the appointment for the next day, within minutes I had him text me asking routine questions which would help make the treatment easier! We travelled all the way to him and on route got a call from the receptionist saying is we wanted to come in slightly earlier we could, we did, Mr Paul was so friendly, reassuring and professional in how he dealt with my partner as she was so nervous, I’m now best boyfriend ever as she can now hear so well, so much so that I now have to be careful what I say, lol 😂. Thank you so much Mr Paul and all the staff at this amazing clinic, we will recommend you to anyone who will ever need your services!

Used The Richards’ Centre today for their audiology service, after having a very poor experience with spec savers. Phoned to book and was told that Dr Paul would call me back…well he actually called when they said he would, had a nice chat and an appointment was arranged for 2 days time! Walked in, the person behind reception was lovely and helpful. Was then seen by Dr Paul who chatted about what was happening, examined me and then talked through my options. The whole time I’m thinking this is going to cost me a fortune due to the high level of service I received. Well I was happily surprised by how reasonable the price was. All around I am very happy.

Having had problems with my hearing I visited Mr Paul at the centre. He did an amazing job at removing dry skin from my ears. I’d recently had them syringed at my Doctors Surgery which hadn’t work. I apparently have narrow ear canal’s which makes removal more difficult. He was very welcoming & friendly made you feel at ease. He explained everything he was doing. I can now hear again which is wonderful. Thank you so much Mr Paul. Jackie
