Adam joined The Richards’ Centre team last year, when he took over from Eve Stepney, who moved out of area, having been with us for 16 years.
After a number of years living and working abroad, Adam completed his Podiatry degree at Brighton, later joining the NHS where he specialised in high risk nail care, wound care, fungal nail infections and Nail Surgery..
He, like Ralf, is pleased to continue and expand access to our ‘Painless Nail Surgery’ offering a ‘no waiting’ evening and weekend service.
Since joining us, Adam has been really busy, seeing and treating patients who have been to the clinic before and need ‘routine treatment’, possibly newly diabetic, or with ‘thorns in the foot’ verrucae, corns, hard painful skin etc. Quite a few have expressed their delight in both his manner and their treatment.
There have also been many new patients who have also sung his praises.
Demand for our Home visiting service, which was started by Ralf, has increased to such an extent we are offering the service on Monday as well as Thursday.
Adam, says that “making patient’s lives and feet more comfortable is the most satisfying part of the job”
